STAR is a profoundly transformational 10-day program designed for adults from all walks of life. Participants are invited to journey deeply within themselves in a nurturing and protected environment to discover the roots of their problems. This awareness can open up a new path to a life of joy, growth, and wholeness. 

Our synergistic approach allows us to respond to each individual need to affect mind, body, and spirit. The most in-depth program of its kind, STAR offers a carefully structured process of accelerated education and self-healing. A holistic approach to psychological and spiritual wellness, combined with he support of our caring community, make STAR the place for doing deep healing work. Throughout the entire program, our experienced facilitators- all specially trained graduates of STAR- are available 24 hours a day. And with a staff to participant ratio of 1:2, a highly individualized environment of total safety and trust is created to facilitate deep and lasting life changes. The STAR Retreat has become recognized as a unique program that safely addresses early developmental trauma and other clinical conditions in a way that is not easily accomplished through traditional therapies alone. 

Double occupancy room & board, meals, and snacks are included with tuition. Round-trip ground transportation to/from our retreat location is available for an additional fee of $175. This service is provided by Rancho de la Osa and is coordinated through the STAR office.
