Our heart-centered approach to healing aims to help you come into alignment with the truth of who you are. Mend your heart, quiet your mind, and begin to experience the falling away of fear and doubt.

Healing the Body, Mind, and Spirit
STAR offers a uniquely complete in-depth approach to individual healing, using a blend of techniques from mainstream psychotherapy in addition to holistic and transpersonal modalities.
Our heart-centered healing process rests in the latest neuroscience, birth psychology, and attachment theory, trauma research, anger management, and mindfulness practices.
Throughout the process, our experienced staff provides gentle guidance and support as you:

- Gain the insights needed to move past limiting beliefs and old patterns no longer serving you.
