Enrollment begins the moment you decide that STAR is the best fit for you. A member of our team will assist you throughout the process. Enrollment procedures include:

• Registration Form & Deposit is required to hold your spot in the retreat. You can submit the registration form online through our website or you can call our office or send an email to speak with someone on our enrollment team. You also have the option to schedule an online consultation meeting through our website.
• Intake Interview with STAR Clinical Director, Ken Ball, PhD (45-60 minutes conducted via Zoom/FaceTime)
• Written Assignment: Designed to begin preparing you for our process. Due no later than 3 weeks prior to the start of your retreat.
• Tuition Balance: Any remaining balances are due no later than 30 days prior to STAR.

Please note that we enroll on a first come, first served basis. Space at STAR is not guaranteed until you have paid your full tuition or have made payment arrangements with the STAR office.
