STAR Foundation Staff
STAR is unique because of the high ratio of staff to participants. All members of the STAR Foundation retreat staff have completed a STAR workshop themselves, and have been carefully selected for training and certification by the STAR Foundation. Each STAR is led by Barbara Findeisen, M.F.T. A leadership team of licensed therapists assist in leading STAR. The licensed therapists bring a variety of professional knowledge to each participant to assure that they get the most out of their STAR experience. The lay staff comes from a variety of backgrounds. if people are ready to walk through them.
